At Mullsjö Hotel & Conference, we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, à la carte, and three-course weekend menus. We place great importance on using ingredients of the highest quality and strive to source them locally to support animals, nature, the environment, and local trade in Mullsjö. We prepare as much of our food as possible using local ingredients, often from nature’s own pantry, where we gather berries, mushrooms, and game. Our nearby game butchery, Viltboden at Hästbråten Farm, supplies us with venison, roe deer, moose, and cured meats for our charming restaurant.
