Chocolate enthusiast Christina Lööv, who runs Chokladverkstan in Tokarp, will be visiting Mullsjö and us at Björkhaga if you’d like to book a chocolate tasting or a chocolate-and-licorice tasting. Christina will bring plenty of her homemade pralines, which you’re welcome to buy to take home.

Chocolate Tasting
Christina shares her experiences from places such as cocoa plantations in Tobago and chocolate factories in Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. She shows her own photos and talks about the history of the cocoa bean, the chocolate-making process, and different qualities of chocolate. During this tasting, Christina shares her own unique story and personal experiences. As you’re guided through the world of chocolate, you’ll sample chocolates from around the globe and experience their incredible variety of flavors.
Chocolate and Licorice Tasting
During Christina’s chocolate and licorice tasting, she’ll also take you through the history and flavor experiences of the world of licorice root. You’ll sample different kinds of licorice and chocolate, as well as homemade pralines.
